Tiny Saver is a "faceless background application". If you already ran it (just didn't listen did you) you might have thought it didn't do anything, but it did and is probably still running. Please read the docs for details (they aren't that long, really).
Here are the highlights:
Moving the mouse to the upper left hand corner to save the screen. Hold down the shift key while moving it to that corner to configure it. These corners can be changed so if these don't work someone might have already changed them.

Also a note on the memory allocation. I have set it to 18k because some people had problems with certain INITs (especially Stuffit SpaceSaver). They were using MY memory. Most people can safely decrease this memory to 12k with no problem. However if you notice that it won't save the screen or crashes when you try to save it then you may need even more memory. Increase the allocation to something like 24K.
